Manik Printpack India Pvt. Ltd. boasts an in-house design team comprising 8 members that is dedicated to providing packaging services. These services include recommendations on various types of mono carton boxes, design services, and innovative packaging solutions aimed at helping brands stand out. - Dedicated setup for sample creation, which helps in making prototypes of each new development and helps in checking the exact dimensions & fitment of a particular product before actual production.
Owing to its fleet of 7 offset printing machines from the house of Komori, Heidelberg & Planeta, Manik Printpack India Pvt. Ltd. has an in-house printing capacity of more than 4,50,000 sheets per day. The company is equipped with 2 Planeta machines of VLF, i.e., 44”x64”, the largest size available in the industry. These machines enable us to print and manufacture large format cartons in extremely superior quality. Manik Printpack India press has facilities to provide value-added decorations like Varnish, Drip UV coating, matt UV, Spot UV, & Hybrid UV etc.
Printing
Manik Printpack India Pvt. Ltd.’s corrugation department has an installed capacity of 700+ Metric Tons per Month. All the Corrugation Machines at MPPIPL are fingerless, significantly reducing the risk of corrugation opening. We have a fully automated 2-ply manufacturing unit. Manik Printpack India is exclusively known for the manufacturing of very large format cartons which include printed 3, 5 & 7-ply corrugated cartons in B, E, F & G Flute like Geyser Boxes, Battery Boxes, Toy Packaging etc.
Manik Printpack India Pvt. Ltd. post press conversion dept. is equipped with fully automatic die-cutting machines as well as Flute Laminators & folders Gluers from the house of BOBST. We have colloborated with BOBST for technical guidance and we ensures that our production efficiency is 60% to meet growing packaging demand. Be it die-cutting, pasting, embossing, foil stamping, lamination, and window patching, MPPIPL’s conversion capacity is always more than the printing capacity to avoid the situation of hustle.

We also focus on the quality of printing adhesives, blankets and Inks to ensure that we produce the highest quality packaging boxes. Product quality is always a top priority at every production level, whether in pre-press, printing, corrugation, cutting, pasting, folding or conversion. Before delivering the finished products, The company quality team checks the product quality to attain precision. It has a well-equipped QC lab and a team of experienced personnel to keep a keen eye on all production processes through rigorous quality checks and frequent plus random sample checks.
